The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, permits, insurance, transportation, travel and per diem, pay all taxes and every other item of expense required to provide Crane Services and removal of equipment at the various FMD locations and State buildings in the Sacramento area on an as-needed basis. Service shall include the following: Crane Services, operator, set up and transport to and from each job site. Certified and Licensed Crane Operator. Lift, hoist, remove, and dispose of old equipment. Obtain all required permits from the local jurisdictions and municipalities for public sidewalk and road closures. Prepare and provide a complete Traffic Management Plan. Technical Support Services.
