1. The successful bidder must either be a subject matter expert in the topic or able to secure a subject matter expert in the areas listed above. Furthermore, the successful bidder will have expertise in providing educational program content to students. 2. Contractor will ensure content includes Dragon and Eclipse software training classes and ensure all students in cohort have access to required software for classes. 3. Contractor will provide students with a weekly 1-hour live online office hour to get access to technical support, instruction support, additional software training, one-on-one assistance for questions, practice, and curriculum review. 4. The Curriculum will include the creation of: (i) Curriculum Outline; (ii) Training Plan; (iii) Course Descriptions (iv) Measurable Learning Objectives (v) Practice Material (vi) Pacing Guides to track student progress and (vii) Interactive Presentation Material, which must align with industry standards and state requirements. Material must include handouts, lesson plans, tests, videos, presentations, and other materials used by the contractor to teach the course content. 5. Presenters must have knowledge of the chosen training topics and have experience conducting live training and webinars on a remote video conferencing platform such as Zoom. 6. The contractor will grade all students' dictation homework and dictation tests and will report those scores to Poway Adult School staff at monthly meetings. This will include finalizing grades, communicating grades to students, meeting with students by request to review grade status and all other questions pertaining to student’s academic performance. 7. As progress through modules occur, all parties will collaborate to inform students of additional materials required for upcoming courses. In like manner, the licensee is responsible for having all required course materials and equipment. 8. Within 30 days of class completion, prior to each module, and upon request, the contractor will provide Poway Adult School staff with data on student performance to include grade updates, areas of weakness, individual student progress, student pacing, cohort status, performance measures, and all other student updates as requested by school staff. Data shall be readily available for school use and ownership. Live 1-hour meetings for program updates shall occur as needed and upon request from Poway Adult School to review data with contractor.
