Kraemer Place, Anaheim, CA 92806. Service Planning Area (SPA) Central SPA North SPA. Target Population Adult individuals, adult households, and couples Adult individuals. Program Capacity 425 beds 200 beds. Program Layout. Five (5) Dormitories: Cubicle style sleeping area(s). Dormitory A Women): 49 beds. Dormitory B (Men): 84 beds. Dormitory C (Couples): 129 beds. Dormitory D (Women): 83 beds. Dormitory E (Men): 80 beds . Two (2) Dormitories: Bunk beds in both dormitories. Dormitory A (Women): 65 beds. Bottom: 35 beds. Top: 30 beds. Dormitory B (Men): 135 beds. Bottom: 70 beds. Top: 65 beds.
