The City of Cathedral City is requesting proposals from qualified companies to upgrade the current Audio/Visual (A/V) systems in the Council Chambers and the Study Session Conference Room. All the rooms requiring A/V upgrades are located at City Hall in Cathedral City (City Hall). The goal is to enhance each system's functionality, simplify the setup, improve overall user experience, and enable integration across the various conference rooms streaming, recording, and video conferencing needs. The scope of services requested is for the following areas at City Hall: • Council Chambers o Main Council Chamber o A/V Control Room o Council Chamber Conference Room o Lobby Area • Study Session Conference Room The company selected will be expected to provide the scope of services listed below for the requested areas.
