The City of West Sacramento recently completed the installation of eight(8) modular buildings, along with utilities, storage, and security infrastructure, as part of the transition of Public Works operations and maintenance functions to a new location at 4300 West Capitol Avenue, West Sacramento California. This project supported the consolidation and modernization of municipal services and operational facilities. The modular units varied in size and function, including administrative office spaces, restroom and shower facilities, locker rooms, and support areas. Each building is equipped with standard exterior and interior finishes, lighting, windows, doors, countertops, kitchenettes, and privacy partitions, to meet designated use. The project did not include external water hose bibbs for facility use or water access around the modular perimeter.
