Preventative Maintenance: Preventative Maintenance will include, but is not limited to, cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, and replacing parts and drums, as needed, to keep machines in good operating condition. The CDE Contract Monitor will schedule the preventative maintenance with the Contractor when each individual machine alerts that maintenance is due. 1. Parts to be included in the preventative maintenance cost includes, but is not limited to: drums, toner, transfer cleaner unit, secondary transfer kit, fuser roller, primary transfer kit, web cleaning roller, black developer, color developer, feed roller kit paper tray, doc feeder, (ADF) maintenance kit, fuse cleaning web maintenance kit, maintenance kit 200k, fuser heat roller kit, and black developer unit. 2. Upon completion of the scheduled preventative maintenance, the Contractor, or Contractor’s technician, must provide a written service report to the CDE Contract Monitor that includes the following: a. Contract Number b. Date and time of preventative maintenance c. Name of technician performing preventative maintenance d. Serial number and model of equipment serviced e. Detailed description of preventative maintenance performed f. Itemized list of parts, including the cost of each part
