The City of Santa Ana (City) contracts with Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) for fire and paramedic services. Separately, the City contracts with Falck for ambulance services. The City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to outsource contractual compliance and monitoring responsibilities as they relate to the delivery of ambulance services within the City. See EXHIBIT I for complete Scope of Services. The consultant is expected to enhance the quality of ambulance service by providing EMS expertise. The consultant will provide determinations and recommended actions on a broad range of EMS considerations, including both ambulance and paramedic services. The City expects the consultant to interact with both Falck and OCFA on the City’s behalf.
