Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) Contractor shall provide complete software for installation, online license support, installation support, replace non-working defective software and other necessary updates to help manage and maintain operation of the software. b) Contractor shall furnish serial numbers and product keys, as required to install software. c) Contractor shall coordinate all services with: 1) Assigned County Project Manager, Girish N. Gohil at (714) 704-8790, or other Communication Division Technician staff as assigned by Girish N. Gohil. 2) Administrative Manager, Jannet Chavez at (714) 935-8477, or other Facilities Planning staff as assigned by Jannet Chavez. d) Contractor shall provide services during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7 am to 5 p.m., no County Holidays or weekends. County holidays listed below: New Year’s Day Martin Luther King’s Birthday Lincoln’s Birthday President’s Day Memorial Day July 4th-Independence Day Labor Day Columbus Day Veteran’s Day Thanksgiving & Friday Christmas Day ------ e) In case of an emergency call, Contractor shall provide an estimate and may continue service only after receiving a written notification from County Project Manager; this will be billed separately.
