The Stanislaus Regional Transit Authority (StanRTA) is seeking consulting services to assist in advancing the agency’s vision and strategic planning efforts. The Consultant will help refine staff roles and responsibilities, recommend an updated organizational structure, evaluate and ensure competitive compensation for agency personnel, and enhance team effectiveness through coaching and development, all in alignment with StanRTA’s overall mission and strategic goals. The Consultant will perform four (4) distinct tasks: 1. Develop an updated Vision, Mission, Values, and Strategic Plan, and define communication strategies for Board approval and internal team alignment. 2. Conduct a survey of job titles, job descriptions, and compensation packages. Provide recommendations for changes based on research and best practices. 3. Develop a new organizational chart based on the work completed in Tasks 1 and 2, as well as research on comparable transit agencies. 4. Provide team development and coaching services to support alignment with the agency’s Mission and Strategic Plan.
