Task 1: Provision of Technical Assistance (TA) Services: one-on-one consulting. Consultant will help Morgan Hill businesses and entrepreneurs improve their businesses through provision of expert, one-on-one advice. Business clients may be sourced through workshops, through the TA provider’s own network, through program marketing efforts, or through City and City-partner referrals. Special emphasis will be placed on ensuring services are accessible to Spanish-speaking business owners and entrepreneurs. While some virtual service delivery is expected, providers should also be able to conduct in-person advising services, if needed (and in alignment with public health guidance), at a location accessible to community members. Services should be available in English and Spanish at a minimum.
