Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Develop a project plan. 2) Organize and facilitate meetings with relevant agency stakeholders to discuss the needs and various dynamics associated with previous and forecasted LAC DPH DOC activations and EOU field responses for accurately configuring the DOC Repository guide to suite LAC DPH mission needs. 3) Obtain and identify all essential department needs and provide subject matter expertise as to the most capable platform(s) to fulfill said needs for project manager approval before to embarking on actual repository design. 4) Be attentive to capture potential information technology security policy conflicts and provide the project manager with a list of these observations. 5) Provide timely status reports to the project manager detailing project progression. 6) Configure access permissions, roles for usage of the DOC repository, rules for storage of documents, rules for archiving of data, repository document access control, and repository document edit controls.
