Specifications include, but are not limited to: Request for Proposals for The SFMTA's Real Estate and Facilities Vision for the 21st Century. The SFMTA seeks professional consultant service to assist the agency in analyzing and assessing the status of the current administration, operating and maintenance facilities, to effectively determine its facility and land needs, and to provide professional advice on its real estate and facilities vision for the future by developing an Real Estate and Facilities Vision for the 21st Century Report. The Report will guide the agency through the programming of funds from multiple sources for property leases, acquisitions, construction, and improvements to bring the SFMTAs facilities into the 21st Century.
