The City desires to retain a firm to provide Professional Landscape Architectural, Architectural, and Engineering Services to develop the Artesia Botanical Garden. The design team shall develop the Plans, Specification, and Cost Estimate (PS&E) Package and will include but not limited to the following: • Landscape Architecture and Development o Elements per the current concept plan o Specialty gardens; i.e. ladybug and butterfly garden o Trees, turf, and low water use landscape (Xeriscope) o Efficient irrigation system o Cinderblock perimeter fencing throughout property between adjoining residential properties o Wrought iron security fencing along 178th with gates at the entry ways o Site and ancillary lightings o Ornamental trees and landscaping o Signage
