Specifications include, but are not limited to: Consultant Services to ProducePreventative maintenance Plans for the State Street, Robinson, Liberty Street, WhitakerStreet, and Bryan Street Garages to be used by the Mobility and Parking ServicesDepartment. The selected consultant will examine each of the five city parkinggarages and produce a Preventative maintenance plan for each individual garage.maintenance activities described in the plan are to include maintenance , repair, andreplacement of building components. Building components to be included in thePreventative maintenance Plan shall include, but are not limited to:· Roofing systems· Masonry work· Sprinkler systems· Pump systems· Steel structural components· Concrete structural components· Expansion joints· Garage pavement and surface sealer· Mortar and sealant joints· Drainage systems· Electrical systems· Lighting systems· Generators· Stairs/stair rails· HVAC systems· Guard rails/parapets
