The City of Fresno is seeking written proposals from qualified professional recruitment firms with the resources, expertise, experience, and knowledge required to advertise, recruit, and screen candidates for Director of Aviation. The selected consultant shall prepare a project schedule and identify timelines and anticipated completion dates for each phase of the recruitment and perform the tasks specified in the "Scope of Services" section below. Proposals are to provide a clear and concise presentation adequate to satisfy the requirements of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Other Details No corrections or modifications to the proposal may be made after the due date. While the City shall endeavor to keep any confidential information private, it reserves the right to release the name of all Agencies, as well as a summary of their proposals, to the media, the public, or any party that requests it.
