It is the City’s intent to solicit Contractor services to construct a new entrance canopy at the Madera Transit Center, located at 1951 Independence Drive, Madera, CA. Price is to include all parts and labor to complete the project. Labor is to be quoted and paid at prevailing wages. Contractor shall provide, install and construct: Site clearing and grubbing Concrete footings, rebar, and dowels Canopy steel columns, steel plates, and anchor bolts Canopy roof framing Electrical conduit, wiring, and light fixtures Required painting Standing seam steel roof Rain Gutter with down spout All construction shall comply with applicable Building Code requirements. This project is funded by State of California, State of Good Repair (SGR) Funds and Public Transportation Modernization, Improvement, and Service Enhancement Account (PTMISEA) Funds.
