Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of a new 3,840 square foot pre-manufactured Modular Building. The building will be purchased by the District, constructed in the plant, and placed on site. A pre-approved DSA PC will be used to construct this building. The General Contractor shall include the modular building placement coordination. General Contractor Scope: * Foundations for the Modular Building weld plates, ventilation grates, crawlspace access, vapor barrier, slurry, and drainage at crawl space. * All low voltage systems including fire alarm, clock/speakers, data rack and security systems. Shall also mount all equipment provided by owner shown on sheet A-1.00 Building Floor Plan. * All exterior and interior signage. * Site improvement scope including but is not limited to over-excavation, new grading, underground utilities and connections to the building. Electrical grounding and feeders to the building. * All new hardscape and softscape. * Path of travel and concrete flat work, fire lane replacement, asphalt refinish, accessible and regular parking re-striping. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the El Camino Community College District (District), acting by and through its Board of Trustees, will receive up to, but not later than the above-stated date and time, electronic Bid Proposals for the Contract for the Work generally described as: REISSUE BID #2022-8 CONSTRUCTION FOR HEALTH SERVICES BUILDING 1. Submittal of Bid Proposals. Registration on Planet Bids is required.
