The purpose of this contract is to visually document the progress, milestones, and completion of City projects for use in reports, presentations, public outreach, and historical archives. Install and maintain time-lapse cameras, if requested, to document project evolution over extended durations. (Proposer to indicate if installation is not included) Provide edited time-lapse compilations at agreed intervals and upon project completion. Edit and compile video footage into professional short-format highlight videos (1–5 minutes), including captions, music, and City branding (logos, titles, lower thirds).
