Field & Laboratory Testing: Soils, concrete, asphalt, steel, masonry, welding, fireproofing, roofing, etc., as per DSA and project specifications. • Special Inspections: As outlined in the DSA-approved project documents and the DSA Testing and Inspection Sheet (DSA 103). • Verification of Materials: Confirm compliance with contract documents and codes. • Reporting: Submission of inspection/test reports, daily logs, compliance certificates, and documentation to the District, Architect, Project Inspector, and DSA as required. • Compliance Documentation: Coordination with the Project Inspector regarding compliance; timely submission of findings, particularly non-conformance reports. • DSA 291 Verified Report: Preparation and submission of the Laboratory of Record Verified Report (DSA 291) in the following circumstances: o Prior to the Project Inspector signing off on relevant sections of DSA 152 (Project Inspection Card), for areas requiring testing or special inspections. o Within 14 days of completing the laboratory’s testing/special inspection program. o If construction work is suspended for more than one month. o If the Laboratory of Record ceases services before program completion. o Upon request from DSA.
