Roofing and installation fall restraint systems 7. New interior LED lighting 8. New offices, equipment/storage areas, restrooms, and related facilities 9. American with Disabilities Act compliance 10. Mechanical piping insulation 11. New water fountains in public areas 12. Ceiling and wall access panels, new flooring or carpet in a few spaces. 13. Interior Painting and Exterior Painting of the Building 14. New power service. New Electrical Panels, switchgears, and transformers. 15. Abatement of asbestos and lead for construction activities 16. New elevator equipment. 17. Demolish and replace horizontal storm and sewer within and outside the building footprint. 18. New interior and exterior signage
