Construction Management services may include, but not limited to, the following: • Coordinate, record, respond as authorized by the Project Manager ("PM"), and transmit all requests for information from the contractor. Coordinate all requests that require technical review and response from the PM and/or the Engineer of Record. Address contractual implications of such technical clarification in the response to the contractor. • Assist the PM with contract correspondence including but not limited to letters, forms, notices, permits, change orders, field and laboratory test results, schedules of values, and contractor applications for payment. • Perform project level review of the contractor’s schedules for compliance to the contract documents. Coordinate schedule reviews with contractor and PM when necessary. • Receive, coordinate, and record all contractor proposals and claims for contract modification in accordance with the contract document. Review, evaluate, and comment on contractor proposals and claims for compliance, accuracy, and appropriateness. When instructed by the PM, perform cost analysis and provide written comments on contractor proposals and claims. Prepare and submit recommendation to the PM for acceptance, rejection, or other. Assist PM with the defense or negotiation of change orders and/or claims.
