This project entails the complete replacement of the former clubhouse facility, which will be relocated to a new site atop the river bluff, outside of the designated 100-year flood zone. The relocation and reconstruction efforts are designed to modernize the facility, improve resiliency, and enhance public access and use. The primary goal of the project is to significantly increase recreational opportunities for local residents and visitors alike, contributing to the overall vitality and appeal of the community. This project aims to significantly increase recreational opportunities for local residents and visitors by introducing a new golf pro shop, a full-service restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, private event spaces, a new putting green, updated restrooms, improved area lighting, an upgraded parking lot, and comprehensive all-inclusive, ADA-accessible improvements.
