Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Bay Area Toll Authority (BATA) seeks to create a pre-qualified bench of consultants to provide construction management, design services, and asset management services for various bridge, highway, transit, and/or building projects and capital improvements sponsored by BATA, Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC), Metropolitan Transportation Commission Service Authority for Freeways and Expressways (MTC SAFE), Bay Area Headquarters Authority (BAHA), Bay Area Infrastructure Financing Authority (BAIFA), and Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) (together referred to as “Agencies”).
