Specifications include, but are not limited to: conduct the Congregate MealProgram and Catering Services. The following is intended to outline the minimum scopeof services:•Caterer will create and submit to the City for approval menus in four-week cyclesideally two months in advance.•Caterer will prepare meals Monday through Friday, except on holidays designatedby the City (Christmas Day; Thanksgiving Day; New Year’s Day; and the Thursdayand Friday preceding Winter Festival in January).•City will manage collection of all money and issue receipts. City can provideCaterer the number of pre-paid meals by noon of the previous day, similar to thecurrent system. Alternative reservation methods would be welcomed andconsidered.•The Caterer will prepare meals in the kitchen at the Mickey Cafagna CommunityCenter. Storage will be made available for all necessary food and equipment.
