The DSH is seeking bids for a contractor to install owner furnished exercise equipment on existing outdoor concrete pad, install accessible vehicle stall, shade structure, new pedestrian concrete pavement and outdoor bottle filling station per the attached and approved design, specifications and equipment inventory list prepared by JC Chang and Associates. A. Description of Services/Background: 1. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, bonds, and personnel to provide the DSH with installation of owner furnished exercise equipment on existing concrete pad. Contractor shall install an accessible vehicle stall, purchase and install a 40’ x30’ shade structure and outdoor rated bottle filling/drinking station and new pedestrian concrete pavement as per stamped and approved JCCA plans and specifications.
