A. Work shall be scheduled so as to lessen the impact upon residents within the area. Once construction is started in a work area, the Contractor will be required to work continuously in that work area until construction has been completed and the work area has been vacuumed clear of dust and debris and is open and accessible to both vehicular and pedestrian traffic in a manner approved by BSFMD staff before the next stage of work will be allowed to begin. Charges for mobilization and demobilization shall be included in the unit price of the Bidder’s Proposal. B. The Contractor shall maintain continuous access to all residents and/or businesses within the project limits, unless he/she has obtained the approval of the BSFMD staff to close either such access or drive approach. C. The Contractor shall be responsible for satisfactory and complete execution of the work. The Contractor shall provide, at no additional cost to the City, all services, material and equipment required to complete the work, even though not particularly specified or indicated. The work of the Contractor shall not vary from the plans or specification in form or quality, nor in the amount or value of the material used without previous written consent of the City. In addition to the requirements of this Specification, the Contractor shall generally conform to all Federal, State, County and local laws, ordinances and regulations applicable to the work.
