San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH), which may also be referred to as the “County”, is seeking proposals from interested and qualified organizations and agencies to provide a proposed plan for the provision of Comprehensive Children’s Services which encompass Student Assistance Program (SAP) Services and School-Aged Treatment Services (SATS). Although SAP and SATS are two distinct programs, they collectively represent a large portion of the Children’s Continuum of Mental Health Services and each program is expected to collaborate well with the others. Prospective proposers may propose to provide one or both of these programs and will be partially evaluated on their ability to transition clients or participants to the appropriate level of care
