The City of Roseville (hereinafter “City”) is soliciting proposals for a Comprehensive Safety Audit and Gap Analysis – Roseville Electric Utility (hereinafter “REU”). While REU has established safety programs and protocols in place, we recognize the importance of continuous improvement and proactive identification of areas for enhancement. This gap analysis will help us identify discrepancies between our current safety practices and industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and our internal safety objectives. After the initial phase, the City would have the option to engage the consultant in a second phase of the project for services to implement some or all of the recommended changes based on the final first phase results. The City’s option to retain the consultant for any second phase of the project is at the sole discretion of the City.
