The City’s objective is to select a qualified law firm to assist the City Attorney’s Office in providing a comprehensive suite of legal services to the City to aid in the procurement, selection, and hiring of a PDB Firm for the design and construction of an updated Civic Center. The Project proposes construction of public assets, including a replacement Library, new open space, replacement office space, associated parking and related infrastructure improvements. Under the direction of the City Attorney's Office, the selected law firm may advise the City on all aspects of the Project, including but not limited to, procurement and delivery methods, alternative financing, development of solicitation and contract documents, selection of a PDB Firm, contract negotiation, risk management and mitigation, contract oversight, and other general as-needed legal advice through Project completion.
