Specifications include, but are not limited to: SMUD is seeking a third party contractor to administer a commercial direct-install Demand Site Management (DSM) program called Complete Energy Solutions (CES) that will deliver comprehensive energy efficiency and other DSM solutions for small and mid-sized business (SMB) customers with up to 499kW in demand. DSM solutions offered by the CES program will include but are not limited to: Low cost/no cost conservation Demand / TOU management Lighting Refrigeration HVAC Controls (ADR-capable controls where applicable) Commercially available emerging technologies Incentives will be used to ensure that the measures are cost-effective for the customer. Roles and Responsibilities The PA and its subcontractors will provide all necessary services including but not limited to: program design conducting energy audits selling projects project design and specifications perform retrofit installation (this work could be performed by a trade ally, subcontractor, or the customers maintenance staff, but not directly by the PA) oversight and inspection of retrofit jobs ensuring all projects are permitted payment of rebates program marketing project and program tracking and reporting payment of prevailing wages for retrofit/installation work
