Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Proposer(s) will: 1) build a team of care coordinators, therapists, and staff as part of The REACH Team; and 2) provide youth programming, sub-contract with other partners to provide programming, or leverage relationships to provide services in these areas: ● Job training ● Trade school placement ● Financial literacy ● Educational opportunities ● After-school youth programming Proposers shall have dedicated personnel to respond to a violent or traumatic incident scene when notified by LAPD or through the City Attorney’s Office between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., Monday through Friday, to provide triage services to children if children are present at the scene. The response to the scene must be within 60-75 minutes or less of the request for REACH Team presence between the hours of 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
