The Real Estate Division of the Department of Facilities Management of the County of Riverside (“County”) is accepting Proposals from qualified Community Center Operators for the Lakeland Village Community Center and the Lakeland Village Childcare Center, located at 16275 Grand Avenue, Lake Elsinore, CA 92530; The County is seeking an Operator with relevant and related experience to operate the existing Community Center and the new Childcare Center (currently under construction), and to provide relevant community and quality of life enhanced programming and services to benefit the residents located in this region of the County. The selected Respondent and the County will negotiate a five (5) year License and Operating Agreement. The Agreement will require the Operator to provide for and perform certain community and recreation services along with payment of operations and associated expenses for the Center to include all reoccurring and normal maintenance, custodial service and supplies, security, insurance and utilities.
