The City of Pomona’s Office of Violence Prevention and Neighborhood Wellbeing (“OVP” or “City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to design and implement restorative justice program(s) that promote healing, accountability, and community trust. The goal of this RFP is to expand access to restorative practices that address harm, support those impacted by violence, and strengthen neighborhood wellbeing in alignment with OVP’s mission to prevent violence and foster safe, resilient communities. In partnership with the Pomona Office of Violence Prevention and Neighborhood Wellbeing (OVP), the Community-Based Organization (CBO) will design and implement a restorative justice program that emphasizes healing, accountability, and community reintegration. The program should provide meaningful opportunities for participants and system-impacted individuals to repair harm, build positive life skills, and strengthen community trust through restorative practices.
