1.1 The Contractor shall participate in a Kick-Off Meeting to go over goals, objectives, statement of work tasks, expectations, and other information with the CPHS team. The CPHS team shall deliver relevant artifacts to the Contractor at this kick-off meeting. Deliverable: Kick-Off Meeting Notes due 3 business days after the work starts. 1.2 The Contractor shall prepare a Workplan with target milestones, timelines, start and end dates for each task and deliverable in this scope of services. Deliverable: Workplan due 10 business days after work starts. 1.3 The Contractor shall develop and submit a Monthly Status Report that includes at a minimum: Work performed. Work planned. What is going well. What needs to be improved. Workplan updates. Contract Spend Down. Deliverable: Monthly Status Report due 10 business days after the end of the month. 1.4 The Contractor shall prepare information and materials for meetings, presentations, briefings, and other types of events as requested by the Engagement Manager. 1.5 The Contractor shall attend and participate in meetings, presentations, briefings, and other types of events as requested by the Engagement Manager. 1.6 The Contractor shall assist the CPHS team in preparing responses to inquiries related to this engagement from the public, media, stakeholders, and other sources. 1.7 All documents and deliverables for this engagement must adhere to the following: California Government Code section 11546.7 requires state agency Directors, and their Chief Information Officers certify their agency website complies with Government Code Section 7405 and 11135, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, published by the Web Accessibility Initiative of the World Wide Web Consortium at minimum Level AA success criteria. These certifications must be signed by July 1, 2019, and then on July 1 every other year thereafter. To comply with this requirement and to ensure that all Californians have meaningful access to CalHHS official digital content including but not limited to websites. CalHHS requires all deliverables (including documents) submitted for posting on the CalHHS website or circulated in an official capacity meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing, if deliverables do not comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, the contractor is responsible for remediating any issues and resubmitting the deliverables. The California Department of Rehabilitation has created an online Web Accessibility Toolkit to serve as a resource for meeting these guidelines. See Exhibit G attached.
