The Contractor shall provide preventative maintenance, incidental repair, training, and telephone support services to keep the equipment listed fully operational. The annual maintenance shall include service and repairs and preventative maintenance per the manufacturer's recommended instructions. A. QUARTERLY PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES 1) The Contractor shall provide services for Milnor units as follows: a. Not limited too but following manufacture requirements. Check Washer Components. Inspect equipment for unusual noises, vibration, or visible leaks. Verify proper operation of the motor and determine if the motor requires replacement. Inspect pulley grooves and belts for alignment, wear, and tension; replace belts annually and pulleys as needed. Lubricate the motor, bearings, and shafts as needed.
