A. Initial Inspection and Assessment • Conduct a comprehensive inspection of all designated facilities at the start of the contract. • Identify active pest or rodent infestations and areas prone to infestation. • Develop a tailored pest management plan for each park. B. Scheduled Maintenance Services • Provide monthly pest control service visits to each park location and all associated buildings. • Inspect and treat interior and exterior areas for common pests, including ants, spiders, cockroaches, wasps, and rodents (mice, rats). • Monitor bait stations, traps, and perform exclusion checks. • Notify State Park representatives of any structural or sanitation issues contributing to infestations. C. As-Needed (Call-Out) Services • Provide responsive pest and rodent control services for emergent issues not covered during scheduled visits. • Response time for call-outs shall not exceed 48 hours ( or sooner for urgent health/safety situations). • Services may include wasp nest removal, rodent infestations, ant invasions, etc. D. Reporting and Communication • Submit a service log after each visit summarizing treatment provided, products used, observations, and recommendations. • Provide monthly summaries to designated State Park contact person for each park.
