Specifications include, but are not limited to: develop and design a new website for CES, incorporating current websites used by both the College of Extended Studies and the American Language Institute (a division within the CES). The new web presence for the CES shall incorporate the newest technologies, design concepts, and integration with mobile service to present a best-in-class product. The website(s) must seamlessly integrate with the CES's new database solution being implemented through Jenzebar, Inc. The website(s) must be developed in conjunction with the training and implementation of the Jenzebar solution, scheduled from now through July 1, 2014. Contractor must ensure that the new website(s) solutions shall be ready to go live in conjunction with the live implementation of the Jenzebar solution and the archiving of old systems.
