1) The Department of Rehabilitation's (DOR) Business Enterprise Program (BEP) equipment is located in State, Federal, County office buildings, privately owned buildings cafeterias, snack bars, convenience stores and vending machine facilities. 2) The Contractor will provide Coffee and Espresso Equipment Installation, Service, Removal and Repair, including replacement parts, for all coffee and espresso equipment. The Contractor will perform a range of services in commercial environments such as BEP cafes and cafeterias. The services include but are not limited to the following: •Installation and removal of coffee machines and espresso machines. •Installation of the wiring and tubing that is necessary to operate a commercial espresso machine. •Regulate the pressure, temperature, and volumetric doses, and choose the correct filter for the individual machine, with the knowledge of water characteristics like hardness and alkalinity. •Routine maintenance of espresso machines including descaling and replacing parts such as shower screen, gaskets, filters, and coffee grinder burrs.
