Coaching could include, but is not limited to: Supervisory, management, or executive employees Remediation and/or development, onboarding, performance/behavior issues, executive coaching, leadership development, presentation skills, change management, employee retention, etc. May occur in-person, by telephone, video conference, or may be a combination thereof, dictated by the needs of the customer department Individual or a group format
