Specifications include, but are not limited to: i. Auditing current infrastructure and calculate the existing cost for Omnitrans on-premise total cost of ownership. ii. Provide a cost assessment for a Cloud analysis. All migration costs shall be included, but not limited to: a. Planning, b. Implementation, c. Development, d. Training, e. Maintenance, f. A five-year forecast of all costs migrating to the Cloud, g. Malware software programs and/or support to prevent hacking, h. Provide secure and reliable data transfers, data storage, i. In case of breach, describe plan, actions and/or step by step procedures on how to secure and/or recover data, j. Backup, and disaster recovery cost, k. Provide a separate cost analysis to migrate SAP ERP system to the Cloud and SAP as a service. Details of this system will be provided to the awarded vendor.
