A. Aid District practitioners as they work to match District priorities and needs with this new Climate Adaptation and Resilience SHOPP performance objective and associated funding. B. Aid District practitioners as they consider project-level and corridor-level strategies to adapt the State Transportation Network (STN) to current and future climate stressors while also accounting for community and economic impacts, environmental and cultural resources, and equity considerations within broader fiscal constraints. C. Serve as a guide for District practitioners to better understand appropriate contextspecific adaptation solutions, as they work to address climate change risks to the STN. D. Assist Caltrans staff with conducting evaluations and screenings of potential project-level approaches for adaptation actions or strategies that would avoid or minimize impacts. E. Support formulation of scope enhancements for existing projects and establish standalone adaptation projects at varying scales, be it a localized project-extent or along a larger corridor.
