Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Long Beach seeks a technical assistance and implementation partner that provides an online turnkey resource hub platform so that its communities most vulnerable to the effects of climate change can obtain and benefit from climate-related funds available through the Federal Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and through local, County, State resource programs. The selected contractor will establish and operate an integrated program that includes an online platform of climate-related resources and will provide case management to assist residents, businesses, and non-profits in applying for climate-related grants, rebates, tax credits or other funding made available under the IRA and other available programs. This partner will also provide expertise and technical assistance to the City about relevant climate action programs available through the Federal Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and through local, County, State resource programs that can be supported through this accelerator. This partner will also collaborate with the City’s business navigators who will be providing direct technical assistance for federal IRA applications to businesses and nonprofits. The City also desires a partner that can provide or connect participants to financing as needed for program or project implementation.
