Contractor must follow CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) COVID-19 guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting vehicles and public spaces: Cleaning and Disinfection for Non-Emergency Transport Vehicles https://stacks.cdc.gov/view/cdc/90524/cdc_90524_DS1.pdf Cleaning, Disinfecting, and Ventilation https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/clean-disinfect/index.html Contractor must use only Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-approved cleaning products and materials listed under CDC COVID-19 guidelines and List N (https://www.epa.gov/coronavirus-and-disinfectants/about-list-n-disinfectants-coronavirus-covid-19) throughout the entire term of the contract resulting from this IRFQ. Any changes to the products or materials must receive prior written approval from the County. Bidder must provide the County with a list of EPA-approved cleaning products and materials used for cleaning services, containing only the active ingredients listed in the following Item 3., in Exhibit A – Bid Response Packet and ensure continued compliance with approved products. Contractor must use disinfectant products that contain only the following active ingredients which are known to be safer ingredients for human health and the environment: Hydrogen Peroxide Citric, Lactic, or Caprylic/Octanoic Acid Ethanol or Isopropanol
