Specifications include, but are not limited to: The bus shall be a Ford F650 or a Ford F600 7.3 L gas engine or similar model. 3.1.2 The bus shall have total 36 seating positions which include two wheelchair positions. 3.1.3 The bus shall be equipped with two (2) wheelchair locations. 3.1.4 The GVWR shall be between 22,000 and 25,999 pounds. 3.1.5 The bus shall be painted white. 3.1.6 The bus shall have lift interlock shall be intermotive GTWY508-F interlock. 3.1.7 The seating shall comply with the following: 3.1.7.1 Vinyl material 3.1.7.2 Seating shall have hip to knee spacing 27 inches minimum 3.1.7.3 Special seating configuration: seat track to allow for the first four (4) passengers seating to be set facing the rear. 3.1.7.3.1 Seat Track: floor track shall not be installed in any area not covered by a fixed seat. 3.1.7.4 Seats shall be equipped with the following: 3.1.7.4.1 Mid high double seats. 3.1.7.4.2 Anti-vandal grab handle (black). 3.1.7.4.3 No armrest. 3.1.7.4.4 Flame block material; on underside of seat. 3.1.7.4.5 Non-retractable seat belts-Under Seat Retractor (USR). 3.1.7.4.6 Six (6) 12 inches (±1) USR seat belt extensions shall be provided. 3.2 WHEELCHAIR LIFT 3.2.1 Minimum dimensions shall be 37 inches wide and 51 inches deep (±1) inches. 3.2.2 The rear lift shall be on passenger side (curb side). 3.2.3 The wheelchair lifting capacity shall be 800 pounds minimum. 3.2.4 The lift shall be foldaway for maximum passenger capacity. 3.2.5 The lift shall be ADA and FMVSS compliant wheelchair lifts and securement system. 3.3 INTERIOR 3.3.1 The bus shall not have any luggage storage areas. 3.3.2 The entrance door shall be no less than 36 inches wide. 3.3.3 The bus shall be equipped with an emergency door with windows. 3.3.4 The window tinting shall be installed for all passengers’ windows, the tinting percentage shall be no higher than 10 percent. 3.3.5 The bus shall not have T-side windows. (Solid windows all but driver window). 3.3.6 Tempered safety glass windows shall be equipped. 3.3.7 The interior width shall be 93 inches (±1) inches cabin space. 3.3.8 The interior length shall be no less than 307 inches. 3.3.9 Wheelchair securement kits: 3.3.9.1 Wheelchair (W/C) seating space: 30 inches (±1) inches. 3.3.9.2 The wheelchair shall have minimum 250-pound capacity per position. 3.3.9.3 Shall have tie down L track. 3.3.9.4 Shall be 18 inches (±1) inches blue webbing loops. 3.3.9.5 Shall posey wheelchair safety belt. 3.3.9.6 Shall include toolbox W/C belt storage-The box shall be mounted on the body in the passenger secured area.
