General Requirements: A. The Third-Party Administrator (ADMINISTRATOR) shall manage and resolve Workers’ Compensation claims. ADMINISTRATOR shall represent OCTA in all matters related to the investigation, adjustment, processing, supervision and resolution of Workers’ Compensation claims against OCTA. B.
