The Contractors shall furnish and supply all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform locksmith and related services in a scheduled and timely manner. This service contract will operate on an as-needed basis and usage is not guaranteed. Standard locksmith and related services include, but are not limited to, lock installation and repair, retrofit door hardware, lockout assistance, broken key extraction, lock rekeying, key duplication with character stamping, panic hardware installation, and door closer installation and adjustment. Specialty services include, but are not limited to, safe lock installation and repair, safe unlocking, and electronic lock installation and repair. Contractors shall readily stock or be able to procure door and lock hardware in a timely manner from the following manufacturers: Arrow, Corbin Russwin, Medeco, Schlage, Von Duprin, and Yale. Contractors shall provide 24/7 live call answering service or dispatch to respond to service calls
