Specifications include, but are not limited to: Training Content/Software: • The training content offered should be cloud-based and updated annually. The City expects a significant library of Cybersecurity training videos that the City can utilize or download at any point. New content shall be added annually by the qualified selected vendor and a minimum of 500+ interactive modules, games, and videos should be readily available for the City to use. • The training content must have basic customization options (at no additional cost to the City) where the City logo can be inserted and contain City specific branding for its training program. • The training content must be engaging, interactive, and adaptive based on user’s knowledge and include testing and scoring for each course completed. • The City must have the ability to download specific reports and summaries demonstrating employee completion and other relevant information from the training campaigns. At minimum, the training courses offered must include the following topics: • Basic Cybersecurity Awareness Best Practices • Phishing/Email Security • Social Engineering • Passwords and Authentication • Physical Security • Working Remotely • Data Security • Mobile Device Security • Ransomware • Removable Media • Public Wi-Fi • Security at Home • Other emerging Cybersecurity threats
