Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project consists of the construction of a 64,200 sq. ft. +- Recreation and Aquatics center including all site work. The construction will occur in two phases. Phase 1 (this bid), will include, but not be limited to: Staging area construction, site protection (fencing and other means), erosion control measures, tree and vegetation protection measures, adjoining facilities protection measures, utilities coordination, temp power and water installation, site clearing, tree and stump removal, grubbing, existing project area utilities abandonment and removal, existing campground furnishings and fixtures removal, new utility installation (water, sewer, electric, telecommunications, and gas), removal and relocation of an existing prefabricated restroom, rough grading of site, and site winterization. Phase 1 (this bid) will also require site survey and documentation of all newly placed underground utilities and finished grades of site prior to winterization. Phase 2 will consist of the vertical construction of the facility, completion of utilities, completion of site work, and landscape and hardscape. Phase 2 is not part of this project scope.
