General Plan and Municipal Code Updates to Title 17 (Land Use Code - commonly referred to as the Development Code) and Title 16 (Subdivisions). The consultant will review the existing general plan and landscape in the area and work to identify challenges, opportunities, and innovative solutions as a part of preparing the City's next General Plan. As the blueprint document guiding future City growth and development, the general plan update must identify policies, goals, and programs to guide the future physical, social, and economic development of the City. These efforts will also guide updates to the Municipal Code which shall include clear guidelines and procedures to realize expectations of the updated/revised general plan.
