The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals as required by the Plans (Drawing Number 1177; Sheets 1 - 39), Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work include: (i) Convert the area on the other side of the wall directly behind the City staff table in the Council Chamber to a storage room for storing vital records; (ii) Combine two existing vacant rooms into one room to make it ready for tenant office use; and (iii) Evaluate the functionality of the electrical and mechanical equipment for the existing large area; clean up and leave in an operable and acceptable condition all the work and other items not mentioned that are required by the Plans and Specifications.
